§ How it works

The Journey of a Lead.

What we make transparent is the product: who the claimant is, how they were screened, and exactly what reaches your firm. Here it is, step by step.

01 From accident to your CRM

Five Steps

From an injured person searching for help to a screened, exclusive lead in your intake queue.

  1. 01

    A person is injured

Someone is hurt in an auto accident that was not their fault and starts looking for a lawyer.

  2. 02

    We reach the right claimants

Our demand engine puts your firm in front of genuinely high-intent injured claimants at the moment they are seeking help.

  3. 03

    We verify against the criteria

Every claimant is screened against the published qualification criteria. Anything that does not meet them does not become a lead.

  4. 04

    Identity & consent confirmed

We confirm a working phone, a valid email, the accident facts, and documented consent for lawful contact.

  5. 05

You receive it — exclusively, real-time

The qualified lead is delivered straight into your CRM in under a minute, to your firm and no one else.

Step two stays deliberately brief. How we find and reach high-intent claimants is our work to do; it is not something a buying firm needs in order to evaluate the product.

02 What every lead must meet

The Published Criteria

A claimant must satisfy all five before they become a lead you pay for.

01
Auto-accident injury The claimant was injured in a motor-vehicle accident — a real injury, not a property-damage-only fender bender.
02
Not at fault The other driver caused the crash. There is an at-fault party for your firm to pursue.
03
A documented injury A genuine injury with a medical basis — ideally an emergency-room visit. We document the injury and its treatment status, whether treatment is complete or ongoing.
04
Within the last 12 months The accident is recent — inside a twelve-month window, and we prioritize the freshest claims.
05
Not yet represented The claimant has not hired an attorney. You are not buying into someone else’s case.
03 The screening

How a Lead Is Verified

Before a lead reaches your CRM, it passes a multi-point screening.

  1. 1 Identity and contact details confirmed — working phone, valid email.
  2. 2 Accident facts checked against the published criteria above.
  3. 3 Fault, injury, and treatment status captured in the claimant’s own words.
  4. 4 Representation status confirmed — no existing attorney.
  5. 5 Express written consent captured and documented for lawful contact.
